- Booking ahead
- Book at least 12 hours ahead, and up to 6 months in advance.
- Payment
- To confirm, you pay 50% by SINPE Móvil or bank transfer. The rest is paid on the day of the tour by SINPE Móvil, bank transfer, or cash.
- Cancellation
- You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour.
- Bad weather
- Si el tour se cancela por mal clima, primero le ofrecemos otra fecha. Si no es posible, le devolvemos el depósito.
- No-shows
- Si no se presenta y no nos avisó, pierde el depósito pagado.
- Date changes
- Los cambios de fecha se coordinan por WhatsApp.
- Children
- Children up to 4 go free. From 5 to 10 they pay 50% of the rate. From 11 they pay the full rate.
- Prices
- Prices are in colones and include park entrance fees. They don't include taxes and tips.
- Pickup
- Hone Creek to Manzanillo: included in the price. Cahuita: extra charge (to be confirmed).
